Rich Williams, President
Rich has over 29 years of professional experience in the Photonics industry. Originally a high school physics and math teacher, in 1981 he became a regional sales manager at Technical Marketing Associates Inc, marketing their scientific line of instrumentation.
He has extensive experience in optics, having worked as a sales manager for an optical fabrication firm.
In 1987, Rich was involved in starting and opening the Canadian sales and marketing operation of a large photonics catalog firm. He became general manager of this operation in 1999. During his participation with this company, Canadian sales increased by a factor of 35.
Rich has a B.Sc. in Physics from McMaster University.
He enjoys working on old cars, skiing, curling, cycling and sailing. |
Rob Grant, VP Sales and Marketing
Rob has over 16 years of professional sales experience in the scientific market and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. After graduating with a physics degree from McGill University, Rob joined the Photonics industry as a sales engineer for an international company, eventually running their Canadian operation. In 2006, Rob joined Delta Photonics, enabling him to offer a wider breadth of customer focused solutions to research and industrial clients.
Rob enjoys skiing, running, hockey, cycling and being active with his 3 children.

Sylvain Bosse
Sylvain has over 12 years of professional sales experience in the Photonics industry. After graduating obtaining a B.Eng. in Genie Physique from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, he worked in the geophysics industry, then as a technical sales manager for a laser and optics manufacturer. In 2010, Sylvain joined Delta Photonics to assist clients in the Quebec market.
He is the proud father of a baby boy. In his spare time, Sylvain enjoys cycling, reading books, and when time permits, sailing and traveling to exotic destinations.

Bala Ganesh
Bala has over 15 years sales experience in the scientific Instrumentation market.
After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation engineering from the University of Bangalore, Bala has worked with Philips selling Electron Optical and X Ray products and later in Canada as a Senior Sales Engineer with a company who were the exclusive Canadian representative of several world renowned Scientific Equipment Manufacturers ,supplying the Canadian research and industrial community with state of the art equipment for Materials and Life Sciences.
In April 2012, Bala has joined Delta Photonics to assist Ontario Public sector and University clients.
In his spare time Bala loves watching and playing cricket, reading novels , following sports and being active with his 2 children.
